What does your warranty cover?
We take pride in providing comprehensive warranty coverage for the functional aspects of all our chairs for a period of up to 3 years and chance to win extended 5 year. It is important to note that our warranty does not cover aesthetic defects or damages resulting from improper use of the chair.
To submit a warranty claim, please utilize our Contact Form and include image or video attachments that clearly demonstrate the relevant affected area. It is worth mentioning that Drluxur reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a claim under the warranty.
Can I Exchange My Order for a Different Variant or Model?
Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for our products at this time. Nevertheless, we do have an established Return policy that we encourage you to review for further details.
How do I extend my warranty?
We are pleased to offer the Drluxur 5-Year Extended Warranty Program for all of our gaming chair models.
To take advantage of this program, simply post a photo of your newly purchased Drluxur gaming chair on one of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube. Please include the hashtag #drluxur in your post and ensure that it is publicly visible. Afterward, submit the URL of your post on our Warranty Extension page.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive an email update regarding your warranty extension.
What do I do if I face an issue with my purchase?
If by chance you encounter any issues with damaged, defective or missing parts, we kindly ask that you reach out to us by submitting a ticket on our Contact Form.
Please include photos of the affected area as well as your order number. Our dedicated support team is always eager to provide prompt and effective assistance.
Any external damage will be covered in warranty?
It is important to note that any external damage to the seat or back of your chair will not be covered under our warranty. However, we do offer replacement parts at reasonable prices to assist you. Please keep in mind that any external cuts or damages to the chair will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
